Here are the procedures on enabling or disabling your product reviews

• in your control panel select set-up & tools then comments.
• select built-in or another desired review system.
• select the built-in tab.
• to enable product reviews, check the box next to product reviews. To Disable them, uncheck the box.
• click save when finish.
